Do you provide tours of your venue?

Yes, tours are available upon request. Appointments are available 7 days per week, to work with any schedule. Typically, most clients should provide 2 day notice by booking a tour on the “Book Appointment” tab. Tour times generally take about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace.

How many people can Pine Top Farms accommodate?

Pine Top Farms can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. If your guest list is smaller, the space can be arranged to create a more intimate setting.

How many tables & chairs come with the venue rental?

We have 35 round tables, 15 rectangle tables, 250 (white) folding chairs.

How many hours does the wedding package include for use of the venue?

The venue is available for Friday and Saturday, allowing you to decorate and bring in items at your convenience. This gives you plenty of time to set up and make the space perfect for your big day.

Is on-site parking available?

Yes, on-site parking is available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards/debit cards and Venmo.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol is allowed if provided by the wedding but must be brought on-site and removed from the site on the day of the event and by the client. Bartenders are required to serve and security must be on site. Bartender should stop serving alcohol at least 30 minutes before the end of the reception. The staff at Pine Top Farms wants your guests to have a memorable experience and get home safely.

Is smoking or vaping allowed at your venue?

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any indoor area of the venue. However, there are designated smoking areas outdoors.

Are sparklers or fireworks permitted?

You may use fireworks and sparklers, but only in the designed area. Someone in your party must be responsible for the protection of small children, making sure someone doesn’t start a fire, and for the cleanup.
